Sun UltraSparc IIi 440MHz CPU with 2MB cache. CPU has been fully tested on a Sparc Ultra 5 or 10 system.
Unlike some other sellers, our definition of "tested" means more than putting it in a computer, turning it on, and seeing if it's recognized. Our testing process is to run through 1 hour of high intensity burn-in software. If there are any problems encountered in this process, it doesn't get listed. Since most of the parts we sell are used, we can't guarantee them, but we can tell you they have been professionally tested and not just power-cycled.
