Up for your consideration is this tested good Sun UltraSparc IIi 333MHz CPU with 2MB cache. CPU has been fully tested on a Sparc Ultra 5 or 10 system.

Unlike some other sellers, my definition of "tested" means more than putting it in a computer, turning it on, and seeing if it's recognized. My testing process is to run through 1 hour of high intensity burn-in software. If there are any problems encountered in this process, it doesn't get listed. Since most of the parts I sell are used, I can't guarantee them, but I can tell you they have been professionally tested and not just power-cycled.
