Up for your consideration is this used tested good Seagate Hawk ST15230WC 4GB 80-pin SCA SCSI hard drive. This is a 3.5" half-height (1.6" thick) drive, may not fit in all drive enclosures. This drive has been tested and functions well, but is rather noisy, so most likely the bearings or motor are wearing out. Drive circuitry works fine. This drive as sold AS-IS for parts and/or repair or data recovery. No returns/refunds will be issued. Unlike some other sellers, my definition of "tested" means more than putting it in a computer, turning it on, and seeing if it'll format. My testing process is to copy the full capacity of data to the drive, perform a full OnTrack diagnostic on the drive, and then wipe using OnTrack Data Eraser. If there are any problems encountered in this process, it doesn't get listed.
