If you know what you're doing, you could get 450MHz out of this CPU. Unlike some other sellers, my definition of "tested" means more than putting it in a computer, turning it on, and seeing if it's recognized. My testing process is to run through 1 hour of high intensity burn-in software. If there are any problems encountered in this process, it doesn't get listed.
