Fully tested, no defects, wiped clean. Unlike some other sellers, my definition of "tested" means more than putting it in a computer, turning it on, and seeing if it'll format. My testing process is to copy the full capacity of data to the drive, perform several full diagnostics on the drive, and then wipe using OnTrack Data Eraser. If there are any problems encountered in this process, it doesn't get listed.
