Dell Dimension 4200, 4300, 4400, 4500, 4550, 8200, 8250, 8300, or Optiplex GX150, GX240, GX260, GX270, GX50, GX60, or Precision 350, or 360 - control panel LED circuitboard, part #88RXM, with cable, part #907XU. Tested good system pull.
Here's the kicker - I've replaced the boring standard green power LED light and hard drive activity light with a BRIGHT blue LED (5000mcd for you techies) The photos you see below are NOT doctored. If I had taken a photo of the LED straight on, you'd see nothing but blue. See second photo; THIS is the actual part you will be receiving. Installation is not very hard, just replace the existing one, if you need guidance I'll answer your questions.
The drive activity light is a slightly different shade of blue because they're two different types of LED. The power LED is a bicolor LED, normally green/amber. It has been changed to blue/red. On custom request, I can reverse the power LED to be red/blue, although I don't have a photo of this. The hard drive LED would still be blue.
Again, this will work with several different Dell models; I've just taken a photo of it inside a Optiplex GX150 (Small Desktop version).
